It was an amazing week. After making so many deeper bonds and relationships with people, the weekend was amazing to top it off. I think that the Int 95 classes has great speakers who care about the students going this university. Last week the librarian came and informed us about the many great resources within the library. I realized that not only the library has so many countless books, but it has almost an infinite number of resources online inside the library archives. I assume that I probably will not be able to even use one percent of the resources in the library due the the huge amount of information stored inside the great UCSB library.
Career counseling has some amazing resources. They have real important stuff that I probably should know and will know for my future career. Also I learned that I should not wait until the last moment, but start early, with jobs, internships, and volunteering. There are so many useful guides and how-to’s in the building and online. It is one of the resources that I will utilize the most for my future.
I keep learning new things everyday. I guess it’s a good thing. Whether it be new things about friends, professors, or the world. I have never written two blogs at once! It’s exhilarating! I have a midterm tomorrow and I have to worry about what to write in blogs. I guess I have to pull an all-nighter.
